Created in 1963 in the old form of a 9-hole course, the Metz Cherisey course as it is known today with its 18 championship holes was designed by the architect Donald Harradine in 1987. It 's is the oldest course in Moselle. It occupies an area of 55 hectares in a hilly and partly wooded area. It has two bodies of water, relatively wide fairways even in the most sylvan part.
