What does Book.Golf offer? ?
Book.Golf is a private sales platform that offers 'Golf' and 'Golf+ Hotel' packages, as well as golf accessories, at discounted prices.
How to make a purchase ?
Simply click on the relevant item, select the quantity and any options you want, then click 'Add to Cart'. You can then proceed to payment.
What payment methods are available? ?
You can pay for your shopping cart by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) or by Paypal.
The item is no longer in stock, what to do? ?
If the desired item is no longer in stock, you have the option of being informed by email when it is back in stock. To do this, simply go to the item in question and click on 'Register for sale'.
How to manage my favorite golf courses ?
You can manage your favorite golf courses from your Book.Golf account, 'Favorite golf courses' tab.
How many holes is my voucher valid for? ?
Your voucher is valid for an 18-hole course. If you play on a 9-hole course, you can use your voucher 2 times.
How long is my voucher valid for? ?
Book.Golf vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, every day and at any time during the golf course and hotel opening hours (except for specific conditions mentioned on our website before purchase).
Who can use my voucher? ?
Book.Golf vouchers are non-nominative. You can therefore use it yourself or offer it as a gift to a third party.
How to use my voucher ?
To use your Golf or Golf+Hotel voucher, simply contact the golf course and/or hotel to make your reservation (departure/room), mentioning the use of a Book.Golf voucher. You will find all the contact details (email and telephone) of the establishments on your voucher.
Is it possible to use both vouchers on different dates? ?
Yes, it is possible. They can also be used by two different people.
Where can I find my voucher? ?
You can view all your vouchers from your Book.Golf account, 'Vouchers' tab.
Can I get a refund on my voucher? ?
Vouchers are non-refundable. However, if within the conditions mentioned at the time of purchase, the reservation request with the golf course/hotel poses a problem, we undertake to refund your purchase in full.
How to book a departure online ?
On the golf course page, use the booking module displayed on the right. Indicate the date, time, number of players and the course concerned, then click on 'Book'. You will receive a confirmation email when the booking request has been validated by the golf course.
How to view my orders ?
You can view all your orders from your Book.Golf account, 'Orders' tab.
How does the delivery of a physical product (proshop) happen? ?
If you have ordered a product in our proshop, you will receive it within a few days by post, at the address indicated when ordering.
How do I manage my preferences for receiving Book.Golf offers? ?
You can manage your preferences for receiving offers from your Book.Golf account, 'Newsletter & SMS' tab.
